If ordering directly from the website, please follow the on screen instructions to the PayPal website. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit/debit card or cheques. I will send your purchase as soon as the payment clears.
If you require any item listed on my website in an alternative colour, the order may take a little longer, but should be ready within 3 weeks.
I welcome individual commissions. It is advisable to make an appointment to visit my studio, to enable me to fit match your individual requirements. My studio is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
A 30% deposit is required on all individual commissions. This is non-refundable. Please email me for appointments: email@example.com
Packaging & Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service, with a minimum charge of £7.55. It requires a signature upon delivery.
Postal charges for international deliveries will vary. For EU orders, please note that the buyer is liable for customs fees/duties on delivery.
How to care for your hat
Caring for your hat varies depending on the material it is made from, but the main rules are:
- Avoid getting the hat wet
- Store hats away from direct sunlight
- Always store hats in a box, protected with tissue paper
- For felt hats, brush with a soft brush to restore sheen
Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on bespoke pieces. However, this does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty. Any returned items should not have been worn and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
