Booking Opens on Wednesday 21st May
This is the booking form for the Wednesday Stitch Club at Long Ditton St Mary’s for Year 5 and Year 6 pupils.
The term’s classes will be held on Wednesdays, from 4th June – 16th July, from 3:15pm to 4:45pm.
There will be no class on Wednesday 18th June, due to Royal Ascot commitments.
Please note that Stitch Club is booked every half-term in accordance with the LDSM policy. This half-term consists of 6 classes.
The club has a limited capacity of 13 pupils due to desk space and tutor time per child.
