This is the booking form for WEDNESDAY’S Stitch Club at Long Ditton St Mary’s, for Year 5 and Year 6 pupils
The term’s classes will be on Wednesday 11th September – Wednesday 23rd October, 3.15pm – 4.45pm. This half term is 7 weeks long.
