This is the booking form for WEDNESDAY’S Stitch Club at Long Ditton St Mary’s, for Year 5 and Year 6 pupils
The term’s classes will be on Wednesday 6th November – Wednesday 11th December, 3.15pm – 4.45pm.
This half term is 5 weeks long. THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON 13th NOVEMBER
