This is the booking form for WEDNESDAY’S Stitch Club at Long Ditton St Mary’s, for Year 5 and Year 6 pupils
The term’s classes will be on Wednesday 24th April – Wednesday 22nd May 2024, 3.15pm – 4.45pm. This half term is 5 weeks long.
When booking, please could you state your child’s name.
