Step 2: Select your dates

Once you’ve chosen your hat, pick your dates. You can choose from 4 days, 7 days or 10 days. Now you’ve picked your hat & timeframe, click Add to Cart & checkout!

Please note, that Royal Ascot season gets booked up very quickly, so we advise you book in advance!

Step 3: Payment and Deposit

We will send you an invoice with a payment link. You can pay via credit card, BACs or Paypal.

To secure your hat hire, you’ll need to pay the hire fee along with a refundable deposit of £50. The deposit ensures that the hat is returned in its original condition. If the hat is returned damaged, the deposit may be retained.

Step 4: Delivery or Collection

You can either collect your hat from the studio in Kingston or opt for postal delivery.

If you choose delivery, the hat will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery and arrive the day before your event. You will be sent a postal tracking number.

Step 6: Return the Hat

After your event, return the hat by the agreed-upon date. Late returns may incur additional charges. Once the hat is received in good condition, your deposit will be refunded.
